About Me:

I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. I have been with State Farm since 1989 and have loved every minute of it! I ultimately knew I wanted to own my own business and be able to help customers with all of their insurance and financial service needs. I opened the doors to my State Farm agency in Alpine, CA.

I’m excited for the opportunity to help customers in both California and Arizona with their insurance and financial services to help prepare them for life’s unexpected. My experienced and enthusiastic team is ready to help customers find the right policy.

For Arizona customers, we can help with auto insurance, homeowners insurance, renters insurance, life insurance, and more. And don't forget to call us before taking out your boat, motorcycle and recreational vehicle!

We are able to help our California customers with their auto insurance, life insurance, and other alliances.

When I am not helping my wonderful customers, you can catch me hiking with my dogs in Wright’s Field in Alpine and following my other passion: meditation and mindfulness. I am also a University of California, San Diego credentialed Mindfulness, Meditation and Mindful Based Stress Reduction teacher. My favorite thing about my community is the people I get to help and support everyday!

Sam Walker has been with Laurie Hallihan’ State Farm office since 2008.  Sam is the Office Manager and is proficient in all lines of insurance. Her is dedicated to providing the highest quality customer service possible for our customers.  During her time at the office, she has excelled in handling all types of customer insurance interactions.   During her free time, Sam and her husband can be found hiking and camping with their beloved dog.
